A Whatcom County resident since 1991, Theresa has held several high profile positions in the Bellingham area, gaining the life experiences necessary to be a peak performing real estate agent. Theresa was the co-owner of a popular Bellingham restaurant and catering business, subsequently moving into a management position for Starbucks. Her job experience in both retail & restaurant service has given her unsurpassed customer service skills. After leaving Starbucks, Theresa was the event manager for her husband Jim’s technology services business. She has helped plan and organize several high tech conferences in both Europe and the US. All of these jobs have been incredibly fulfilling in their own way, but after her youngest daughter was finishing high school, Theresa decided to pursue her long time passion for real estate. After obtaining her license, Theresa joined the Century 21 Bay Properties team in June of 2007. Theresa was honored at the annual awards dinner in December, 2007 as “Rookie of the Year” and in 2008 she was awarded the ‘Eagle’ award.
Theresa truly loves the real estate industry and considers helping buyers & sellers with their real estate needs an honor. Theresa has bought & sold several of her own properties throughout the years and knows firsthand the emotional process that buyers and sellers go through.
